• How does it work?

  Three steps. 1) Enter your 12-character CinemaGo voucher code on this page. 2) Choose the cinema you want to use it at — this exchanges part of your balance for that cinema's own voucher. 3) Show that cinema voucher at the box office, or use it in the cinema's online ticketing where supported, to see any showtime within its validity window. You can repeat this at different cinemas until your balance runs out.

• Can I use the code at the cinema directly?

  No — the CinemaGo code has to be activated here first. Enter it on this page and pick a cinema, and we'll exchange it for that cinema's own voucher. That cinema voucher is what you show at the box office or use in the cinema's online ticketing — the original CinemaGo code isn't recognised at the cinema counter.

• Where do I find my voucher code?

  Your code is in the confirmation email we sent at purchase, or printed on the gift card if you received the voucher as a gift. Codes are 12 characters of uppercase letters and numbers, formatted like GO24-ABCD-1234. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or email us at [email protected] with your purchase details — we can look up your order and resend the code. We can resend a code you bought, but we can't restore a balance that has already been spent (see gifting below).

• Where can I buy a CinemaGo voucher?

  You can buy one right here on CinemaGo. Pick any amount between €10 and €150, choose to send it to yourself or as a gift, and pay securely by card — the voucher is emailed within about a minute of payment. For corporate or bulk orders, email [email protected] and we'll send a quote and your codes, usually same-day.

• What's the difference between a CinemaGo voucher and an Apollo Kino gift card?

  A CinemaGo voucher is a cinema gift card that works across multiple Estonian cinema chains — you choose which one to use it at on activation. An Apollo Kino gift card (Apollo kinkekaart) is locked to Apollo Kino cinemas only. CinemaGo gives you the flexibility of one code, many cinemas.

• What if my code doesn't work?

  First, double-check that you've entered all 12 characters and that there are no extra spaces. The form ignores hyphens and case, so GO24-ABCD-1234, go24abcd1234, and GO24ABCD1234 all work. If the code is still rejected, email us at [email protected] with your purchase date and we'll look it up by order.

• Can I split one voucher between multiple cinemas?

  Yes. A CinemaGo voucher holds a balance, and each activation spends one cinema's voucher price from it — so you can activate it at one cinema now and use whatever is left at another later, until the balance runs out. The activation screen always shows your remaining balance. If a cinema's voucher costs more than the balance you have left, you can pay the difference (a top-up) to activate it.

• Which cinemas does a CinemaGo voucher work at?

  CinemaGo vouchers work at major Estonian cinemas: Apollo Kino (Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Narva, Jõhvi, Viljandi, Kuressaare), CINAMON multiplex in Tallinn, Kino Artis and Kino Sõprus arthouse cinemas in Tallinn, Viimsi Kino on the Viimsi peninsula, Rakvere Kino in Rakvere, Elektriteater in Tartu and Thule Kino in Kuressaare on Saaremaa. • How long do I have to activate my voucher?

  CinemaGo vouchers stay valid for 12 months from the date the voucher is issued. After you activate one, the cinema voucher itself usually has its own validity window — the activation screen lists the exact expiry date for the voucher you've chosen.

• Does the voucher cover food and drinks at the cinema?

  In most cases, drinks and snacks aren't included in the voucher. Some cinemas do throw in a small extra — a popcorn combo discount or a foyer-bar coffee, for example. The specific bonus shows up on the voucher reveal screen for each cinema, so you'll know exactly what's included before you commit.

• Can I gift this voucher to someone else?

  Yes. While the code still has a balance, it can be used by anyone you share it with — so gift it freely, but treat the code like cash: anyone who has it can spend the balance, and we can't replace or refund a code that's lost, deleted or shared with the wrong person. Each activation turns part of the balance into a cinema voucher that follows that cinema's own redemption rules — once activated, whoever brings that cinema voucher to the box office can usually get in.

• Can I use a CinemaGo voucher to buy cinema tickets online?

  Once activated, you receive a cinema voucher tied to a specific chain (e.g. Apollo Kino, CINAMON or Artis). You can then redeem it for showtimes either at that cinema's box office or, where supported, in the cinema's own online ticketing — the activation screen tells you exactly how each cinema redeems them.

• My cinema isn't on the list — can you add it?

  Yes — we're always open to adding new cinemas. Email us at [email protected] with the cinema's name and city and we'll reach out to them about joining CinemaGo. If you run or work at a cinema and want to accept CinemaGo vouchers, the same address works for partnership enquiries.
