Frequently asked questions about CinemaGo vouchers

• How does a CinemaGo voucher work?

  Three quick steps. 1) You buy a voucher here for any amount between €10 and €150 — it arrives by email as a code. 2) When you (or the person you gift it to) are ready, you enter the code on CinemaGo and choose a cinema; this exchanges part of the balance for that cinema's own voucher. 3) You show that cinema voucher at the box office, or use it in the cinema's online ticketing where supported, to see a film. The code is activated here first — it isn't used directly at the cinema counter — and one voucher can be split across several cinemas until the balance runs out.

• Where can my recipient use the voucher?

  At every major Estonian cinema chain — Apollo Kino, CINAMON, Kino Artis, Rakvere Kino, Kino Sõprus and more. Your recipient picks the cinema at activation time, so they're never locked in until they're ready to book.

• How many cinema visits does a voucher buy?

  It depends on the cinema — each sets its own voucher price, so a voucher costs less at a small arthouse cinema than at a big multiplex. You can see the current price for every cinema in the price list above. As a rough guide, a €25 voucher is enough for about two visits at the larger chains and more at the smaller cinemas, and any leftover balance carries over to the next visit.

• Can I split one voucher between multiple cinemas?

  Yes. The voucher holds a balance rather than locking to one cinema. Each activation spends one cinema's voucher price and whatever is left carries over — so your recipient can use it across several cinemas until the balance runs out. The activation screen always shows what's left, and if a cinema costs more than the remaining balance they can top up the difference at activation.

• How long is the voucher valid?

  12 months from the day the voucher is issued. Plenty of time for the perfect movie night, even if life gets in the way. We won't shorten the expiry quietly and we don't charge inactivity fees.

• When will the recipient get the voucher?

  Right now we deliver instantly by email — usually within a minute of payment. Scheduled delivery (e.g. "send on their birthday morning") and printable PDFs are coming soon.

• Can I choose a custom amount?

  Yes — pick the "Custom" chip and type any amount between €10 and €150. The preset chips (€15, €25, €50, €75, €100) are just shortcuts for common gift sizes.

• What if I sent it to the wrong email?

  Email us at [email protected] with the order details and we'll re-issue the voucher to the correct address. We don't charge a fee for fixing typos.

• Can I get a refund?

  Yes — full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as the voucher hasn't been activated yet. Email [email protected] with your order details and we'll process it. Once it's been activated, even partly, the remaining balance can't be refunded by us, though the cinema's own gift-card terms may still apply.

• Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?

  Yes — perfect for employee gifts, client thank-yous or event prizes. Email [email protected] with how many vouchers you'd like and the amount per voucher, and we'll send a quote with invoicing options. Volume discount is available from 20 vouchers.
