The movement of Chekhov's The Seagull is back again today. Arkadina, a popular pop singer, rules as hostess in a cottage near Moscow. Her lover singer and songwriter Trigorin wanders around there, and her son Kostik, who has been disabled since birth, is bored. Nina Zarechnaya is a young, defenseless girl who was born in the province and speaks with a southern accent. At the end, the Gray Wolf takes him deep into the fairy forest and he repeats his monologue over and over again: “Men, lions, eagles and partridges…”. Dmitri Krymov has said: "Although the play The Seagull is the second most frequent play after Hamlet, and looking for something new from it is like looking for mushrooms after ten buses with mushrooms, we tried to find a new form, without which, as you know, nothing is important.
