Run Time

01:30

Genre

Comedy, Family, Estonian movie
13-year-olds Oliver and Sass make a nose-shaped glasses holder in a work education class, which suddenly attracts the interest of a mysterious big investor. Meanwhile, Oliver's recently laid-off father struggles to find a new job. However, the boys are too young to run their own business, so Oliver comes up with a plan to kill two birds with one stone - they hire Oliver's father to run their company and thereby save their parents' broken marriage! The catch is that Oliver's father doesn't know that he is working for his son and his friend Sass. An intense double game ensues, which escalates when the boys learn what the mysterious investor is really up to. According to director Ingomar Vihmar, the new domestic family comedy "Tähtsad ninad" tells about the relationship between children and parents from a modern and fresh angle, asking the question of what a family needs to be happy. During the film, the roles mix and change - we see children acting as adults and parents acting as children. The boys Oliver and Sass, who are the main characters, come up with a brilliant plan to found a start-up company and save their family from both economic difficulties and mutual tensions. The film features well-known actors Mattias Naan, Saara Pius, Mait Malmsten, Priit Loog, Lauri Nebel, Taavi Teplenkov, Kleer Maibaum, Janek Joost, Piret Simson, etc. Ruben Tolk and Robert Alexander Peets play the lead children. In addition, the film stars Lumi Soomets, Elo-Mirt Oja, Nora Mia Pai, Albert Miina, Tanja Mihhailova-Saar, Sofia Mihhaljova, Nils Mattias Steinberg, Margo Mitt, Carita Vaikjärv, Erik Soasepp, Ahto Aaremäe, Kaido Palu, Age Ploom, Juta Killing , Erki-Martin Lepik, Tõnu Kapper, Erik Vent, Max Õispuu, Margus Roosipuu and Kaarel Nõmmik.
