In the endless cycle of nature, everyone has a task - plants, fungi, insects and animals... They always find their balance, rhythm and harmony. The film, shot over the course of seven years, takes us to Estonian homes, where people live peacefully away from the chaos of the world, in the rhythm set by nature. But in the heart of human creativity there is always a tiny resistance that does not want to follow what is prescribed for us. The documentary "Päikesaeag" takes the viewer on his own childhood paths and creates a space where it is good to think and feel what contact with nature gives a person and what could happen if it disappears.
